برامج علاجية ورعاية ممتازة أسهمت في تحسن الحالات المرضية Excellent treatment and care programs

^{تمثل آراء وانطباعات المرضى وذويهم مرتكزات مهمة بالنسبة لإدارة مركز الشرف التخصصي للعظام والعمود الفقري، فليس هناك من غاية للمؤسسات الطبية والعلاجية أهم من تحقيق رضا العملاء من الخدمات، وبالنسبة لمركز الشرف، فإن هذه الانطباعات أو الآراء والمقترحات ووجهات النظر المختلفة، مهمة بالنسبة لتقييم سير تقديم الخدمة العلاجية.}

^{في لقاءاتنا مع بعض المرضى وذويهم، يمكننا الحديث عن جوانب متعددة منها مدى راحة المريض بالدرجة الأولى عن الخدمة التي يحصل عليها، ولعل المتعالج الذي فضل الإشارة إلى إسمه بـ “بو ياسر” يختصر الإجابة بالقول :”تنتابني آلام في رقبتي وهذه الحالة تلازمني منذ قرابة 4 سنوات ولم أهمل نفسي وتعالجت لدى العديد من الأطباء، بل توجهت أيضًا في رحلة سياحية إلى الخارج وانتهزت الفرصة للعلاج، لكن التحسن لم يكن كما وددت، وعندما نصحني بعض الأصدقاء بمراجعة مركز الشرف التخصصي للعظام والعمود الفقري، توجهت فعلًا والتقيت بالدكتور فريد سلوم وبدأت العلاج وأنا حاليًا مواظب على جلسات العلاج الطبيعي وحالتي أفضل بكثير من السابق، بل يمكنني القول أنني تعافيت بنسبة 90 بالمئة ولابد من إكمال العلاج، وأنصح معارفي دائمًا بالتوجه إلى مركز الشرف”.}

^{وتتحدث معنا “إيمان” التي رافقت والدتها التي تعاني من شد عضلي شديد في الكتف كما تقول، وأثناء تواجدها في المركز بينما والدتها تتلقى جلسة العلاج الطبيعي، نوهت إلى أن نظام المركز ومعاملتهم ونظام حجز المواعيد والتسهيلات المتوفرة اجتمعت كلها لتجعل المركز بالنسبة لنا هو مقصدنا، والوالدة اليوم تشعر بتحسن كبير بعد كل زيارة وجلسة علاجية والدكتور يوسف الشرف لم يقصر لا سيما وأنه يشرح لها بعد كل جلسة الأمور المهمة ويعطيها المعلومات التي تستفيد منها في تحسن حالتها، ويتفق معها “أبو محمود” الذي جاء مرافقًا لزوجته فيشير إلى أن الرعاية العلاجية والمتابعة مع الأطباء تجعلني أقول لكم بكل ثقة أنها اليوم لا تعاني من أي مشكلة ولله الحمد بفضل من الله وفضل جهود الأطباء في مركز الشرف فقد استعادت صحتها وبارك الله فيكم.}

^{وبعد أن تعرض “حسن علي” لحادث سقوط في منزله، شعر بآلام شديدة استمرت معه مدة من الزمن، إلى أن قرر استشارة الطبيب فالتقى بالدكتور يوسف الشرف وشرح له وضعه وتبين بعد التشخيص أن رجله اليمني مصابة بتمزق يستدعي العلاج الطبيعي والراحة، وهذه هي الجلسة الثانية له، ومع ذلك، يقول أن جهود الأطباء والمعالجين مقدرة، وهو يتابع العلاج لأنه يترقب نتائج أفضل شاكرًا الأطباء والاختصاصيين لاهتمامهم ورعايتهم، كما أنه مع التحسن الذي يشعر به، فإنه مرتاح كثيرًا من برامج العلاج.}
