Zahra is a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist with a Bachelor's degree, extensive experience over 9 years in various healthcare settings. Currently, Zahra has been serving at Alsharaf Orthopedic and spine care center since Dec 2020.
Prior to this, she worked in Al Anzoor Physiotherapy Complex for 4 years, she has
demonstrated expertise in handling and practicing manual therapy skills, including
massage, deep tissue release (DTR), and acupressure (ACP), and
Kayan Special Education in 2016, where they gained valuable experience in special
education physiotherapy. From December 2015 until January 2016, they were part of the
physiotherapy team at Ibn Alnafees Hospital, further honing their skills in a hospital
environment. Zahra’s career also includes a tenure at Estaclal Medical Center 2015, and at
Isa Town Health Center . In these positions, they operated various physical therapy
machines, such as IF, US, Auricular Therapy, Accustim, and KT, hydrotherapy and
rehabilitated patients with various medical issues, including musculoskeletal problems,
strokes, pediatric conditions, post-operative cases. Throughout their career, she is has
shown an exceptional ability to tolerate the pressure of hard work and has been committed
to educating patients and their family members about diagnosis, injury prevention, and
therapeutic treatments. They excel in evaluating, diagnosing, and designing individualized
care plans, monitoring patient progress, and teaching patients to live within their
capabilities while celebrating their successes.
In addition to their professional experience, she has pursued further education and
certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. They completed Dry needling
practitioner in 2022, spinal strengthening exercises (pilates) in 2019,a Women's Health and
Pelvic Floor course in 2018, obtained a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification on 2018,Their
dedication and expertise make them a valuable asset in the field of physiotherapy.
